Our services are provided in a manner that conforms to industry standards, morality, honesty and ethics. Similarly, we expect to be treated and dealt with in the same manner by our clients, suppliers and associates alike. Not only is our training techniques, methods, strategic assistance, business practices and advice imparted consistent with the ethical and moral consideration as aforesaid, but our business relationships are founded upon high ethical standards and strengthened thereby.

DUTY OF CARE AND HUMAN RIGHTS 

We believe that a duty of care is owed to us towards our clients and suppliers, which duty includes unscrupulous business practices, adhering to the laws applicable to our trade, industry and country, promoting fair labour practices and adopting the values that underlie the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. We support and honour the Bills of Rights in the Constitution which ensures the protection of certain fundamental human rights that cannot be compromised including the right to dignity, equality and not to be the discriminated against either on the grounds of gender, race, creed, colour, age, personal disability or at all especially in the context of the commercial environment. We respect the intrinsic worth and value of a human being in our dealings with corporate bodies, associations and organizations and appreciate it is the labour and toil of human beings at the lowest levels that keep machinery of such corporations turning and the economy functional.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST 

In as much as the nature of the services offered by is in one that is predicated upon uniqueness, client involvement, individualism, commitment and unquestionable integrity, our clients are given exclusivity in regard to the services provided by us. This is achieved by:

CONTRACTS 

Our contracts are designed to be comprehensive, clear, concise, and unambiguous and ensure that our aims, activities, costs, time scales and deliverables are set out in a practically efficient style. The quality of our services and the value of our support provide the only true basis for contractual continuity and renewal. Our contractual obligations are honoured and undertakings met; (particularly for situations where an external funding provider requires more official formal parameters and controls).

FEES 

Our fees are always competitive for the service we provide, which is high quality, tailored and specialized. As such we do not generally offer arbitrary discounts; generally price reduction is only justified by reducing the level or extent of services to be delivered. However, we always aim to provide solutions which accommodate our client's available budgets and time-scales. Wherever possible, we prefer that our fees, fee structure and basis thereof are agreed upon in advance, so that we and our clients can reliably, realistically and properly anticipate our/their targets, how is it to be achieved and financially realized.

PAYMENT 

We aim to be as flexible as possible for the manner in which our services are billed or the time periods for the payment thereof. Inasmuch as some our clients prefer fixed project/service fees, others are comfortable with retainer options and we try to accommodate our client's individual need, preferences and circumstances. We do not levy interest charges on late payments, so we expect prompt and time-outs payments to be made in accordance with the agreements reached in such regard. Our terms are generally net monthly arrears.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

We retain all moral rights in and to, and ownership of, all intellectual property that is inter alia created, implemented, designed, held, utilized or employed by us unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In return we respect the parameters and sanctity of the intellectual property right vested in and/or held and/or owned by our client's and/or suppliers.
